    All 50 states, plus DC, Puerto Rico, and US territories where the underlying provider supports it.
  • Do you handle 1099 contractor payments?
    Yes — both processing and year-end 1099-NEC / 1099-MISC production.
  • Do you handle year-end W-2 / W-3 production?
    Yes, included in the annual scope. We schedule W-2 production in October each year and finalize by January 15.
  • Can you switch our payroll provider for us?
    Yes — provider migrations (e.g., ADP → Gusto) are scoped as a fixed-fee sprint and timed around a quarter-end to keep year-to-date data clean.
  • What about garnishments, child support, and other deductions?
    Standard scope. We track court orders, set up the deduction in the platform, and file the supporting documentation.
  • How do you handle payroll tax notices?
    We respond directly under your authorization — the goal is resolution before penalty assessment. Notice work is included in the retainer for active engagements.
